is that capacitors?

Finally i discovered that some of the scripts has silkscreens on the
bottom?

Can we use that to figure out what they are?

My plan now is to desolder the rest of the components, clean the board and
do a step by step inspection of the board to figure out if there are any
broken traces.

Second im considering to purchase an ultrasonic cleaner to clean the bord,
is that a good idea or a waste of money?
