[abc80] [Lancelot] New version of ABC80 FPGA project

Hi all,

I have uploaded a new version (11) of my ABC80-in-an-FPGA project to:

	ftp://ftp.zytor.com/pub/fpga/abc80/

In this version, the CompactFlash should hopefully work correctly.

Still to fix is:

- The video unit still needs DBLE support to be fully compatible with 
ABC800C.

- Get the Ethernet to work.  I have looked into it, and it looks 
reasonably easy.
